The Arkansas  Association of Realtist would love to have you join us by completing an application below. There are four (4) classes of membership:    

Individual Broker, Sales Associate, Allied Associate, or Allied Member

​Let's choose your Membership

REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS - Three (3) selections available:

• Individual Broker ($180+Applicable Fees & Taxes): Individual Broker Member will be a licensed broker who is certified by a local board or by individual membership approved by the Board of Directors and will have one (1) full vote in all annual meetings.

• Sales Associate ($145+Applicable Fees & Taxes): Sales Associate Member will be a salesperson who holds a license under any member Real Estate Broker as a salesperson and will have one-half (1/2) vote in all annual meetings.

• Allied Associate Member ($125+Applicable Fees & Taxes): Allied Associate Member will be a salesperson who holds a license under a non-member Real Estate Broker and will have one-half (1/2) vote in all annual meetings.

NON-REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS - One (1) selection available:

• Allied Member ($185+Applicable Fees & Taxes): Allied Member shall be those individuals, associations, organizations, co-partnerships and corporations engaged in business allied to real estate, and shall include such persons, associations, co-partnerships and corporations as mortgage bankers, architects, property managers, public housing managers, public officers, city, state, and federal housing officials, and shall have one-quarter (1/4) vote in all annual meetings.
