Patricia L. Joyner Scholarship

The Patricia L. Joyner Scholarship Fund, administered by the Arkansas Association of Realtist, Inc. (AAR), to fund scholarships to eligible Arkansas high school seniors pursuing postsecondary education in real estate, business-related fields, residential construction, engineering, or related disciplines at an accredited Arkansas-based public or private nonprofit two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution. 

PURPOSE:

The scholarship is intended to support students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership potential, community involvement, and financial need. Our goal is to expand educational access and opportunity for students who are historically underrepresented, economically disadvantaged or under-served in housing-related professions with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 during 9th through first semester of 12th grade.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors residing in Arkansas during the 2025-2026 academic year and plan to enroll in an accredited Arkansas-based public or private nonprofit two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution for Fall 2026 with a cumulative GPA of 2.50. Juniors and underclassmen are not eligible.
