ANNOUNCING THE LAUNCH OF THE PATRICIA L. JOYNER SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Arkansas Association of Realtists, Inc. (AAR) is proud to announce the launch of The Patricia L. Joyner Scholarship Fund.
This scholarship was established to support eligible Arkansas high school seniors who are pursuing post-secondary education in real estate, business-related fields, residential construction, engineering, or other housing-related disciplines at an accredited Arkansas-based two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution.
Scholarship Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 (from 9th grade through first semester of 12th grade)
- Leadership potential
- Community involvement
- Financial need
The Patricia L. Joyner Scholarship Fund reflects AAR’s ongoing commitment to expanding educational access and increasing representation in housing and real estate professions. Our goal is to invest in students who are historically underrepresented, economically disadvantaged, or underserved within these industries.
By supporting the next generation of leaders, we continue our mission of promoting “Democracy in Housing.”
