AAR President's Letter

Happy New Year to the Arkansas Association of Realtist, 

As I step into my role as President, I would first like to thank you for choosing me to serve. I 
am truly honored and excited about the doors God is preparing to open for our organization. 
As we move forward, our central mission remains clear: Democracy in Housing. Our vision 
is to foster growth, empower members, and connect communities. I will prioritize 
growing and retaining our membership, empowering members through education that 
supports business growth, and building strong partnerships and sponsorships that enhance 
our ability to serve the community. 

While challenges may lie ahead, I am confident that through teamwork and collaboration, 
we will transform those challenges into opportunities for growth and meaningful impact—
both within our organization and beyond. 

I invite each of you to stay engaged, share your ideas, and help shape our future. I promise 
to listen, to collaborate, and to lead with transparency, integrity, and purpose. I ask each of 
you to recommit to our mission and vision by renewing your membership, referring a friend, 
and/or connecting us with an organization that shares our vision. Let us roll up our sleeves 
and do what only we can do—expand access to homeownership and bring home equity to 
those who desire to become homeowners. Real estate still remains one of the most powerful 
avenues for building generational wealth, and together, we can make that opportunity more 
equitable and attainable throughout the state of Arkansas.
